Senior Infrastructure Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to complement our ambitious team in Cheltenham. We offer flexible working arrangements, attractive benefits, and a competitive salary.
The Role:
The role will primarily require the delivery of Flood Risk and Drainage strategies to support planning for our clients. It will also involve detailed drainage and highways design post-planning to technical approval and construction.
We use a range of design software, including AutoCAD, QGIS, PDS, and Causeway Flow, and offer external training.
Duties:
- Prepare Technical Highways drawings (e.g., preliminary general arrangements, S278, and S38 designs) following National Standards and Council guidelines.
- Develop Drainage strategies to support planning applications, considering SuDS principles.
- Prepare Flood Risk Assessments to support planning applications.
- Liaise with stakeholders, project team members, and clients.
- Undertake site visits.
- Support team growth through Business Development and social events.
- Assist with the development of junior staff.
Candidates should:
- Hold a relevant Engineering degree or equivalent qualification (Beng/Meng).
- Have 3 or more years post graduate experience within the field of Infrastructure/Civil Engineering.
- Be capable of working independently to deliver engineering solutions to a high standard.
- Be able to prioritize workload and manage the delivery of multiple projects to defined deadlines.
- Have a commercial knowledge of the industry and manage financial and time considerations within a project.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with clients and project team members.

Infrastructure Engineer
We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to complement and support our ambitious team in Cheltenham. We offer flexible working arrangements, attractive benefits, and a competitive salary.
The Role:
The role will primarily involve supporting our Senior team with the delivery of Technical design reports and Drainage strategies for planning. It will also involve detailed drainage and highways design post-planning to technical approval and construction.
CAD design and detailing will be required to support technical outputs for drainage and highways designs and therefore a solid knowledge of AutoCAD is essential.
We use a range of design software, including AutoCAD, QGIS, PDS, and Causeway Flow.
External training will be offered to assist with further learning of engineering principles and design software applications.

- Have 1 or more years post graduate experience within the field of Infrastructure/Civil Engineering.
- Be capable of working independently to deliver engineering solutions to a high standard.
